● She is currently a Board Observer for EditForce, Celaid, United Immunity, SOLA Biosciences, Violet Therapeutics, and Eureka Robotics.
● Before joining UTEC, Priyanka led CMC/Quality and science-driven Business Development/Project Management at a biotech startup in Palo Alto, California.

Priyanka graduated from the University of California, San Diego cum laude with a B.Sc. degree in Biology and a minor in Philosophy.
After graduating, she worked at Afraxis, Inc. (acquired by Genentech). She then earned her M.Sc. in Animal Science and Ph.D. in Medical Science from the University of Tokyo.
After obtaining her doctorate, she joined a stealth-mode startup (I Peace, Inc.) in Palo Alto, California as Sr.Scientist, ultimately rising to VP of Clinical Products.
She joined UTEC full time in November 2024.
