COLLABORATION PROGRAM
Science to Startup (S2S) Japan
S2S JAPAN is a program that refines business ideas from Japan’s top researchers in the life sciences field in collaboration with global investors. The program culminates in an invitation-only symposium, where researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, pharmaceutical companies, and university stakeholders are invited to attend presentations.

Japan’s largest cross-academia incubation platform supporting the commercialization and social implementation of outstanding technologies and ideas originating from academia. Co-hosted by The University of Tokyo IPC (Innovation Platform Corporation) and national, public, and private universities and research institutions across Japan.
Tongali
Launched in 2015 by five national universities in the Tokai region, this program provides multifaceted support to foster and nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs among undergraduate and graduate students as well as faculty and staff members. It offers comprehensive assistance including mentoring, provision of activity hubs, financial support, and the organization of events to acquire knowledge and know-how related to entrepreneurship. Hongo AI
An organization formed by volunteers gathered to promote AI startups in the Hongo area. Established in 2019 with the aim of revitalizing both AI startups and the Hongo neighborhood, it especially focuses on highlighting promising early-stage startups. The organization also hosts initiatives such as the "HONGO AI Award."
