On October 19, Digital Grid Co., Ltd. (“DG”) concluded an investment contract with JICA for the third-party allotment of shares of DG.
This case is the first venture company investment in JICA’s overseas investment financing operations resumed in October 2012, and will be the first project to be implemented in Sub-Saharan Africa.
