Joined UTEC in 2023. After graduating from Beijing Language and Culture University in China, spent 8 years working as a Japanese language instructor and HR coordinator at a company that dispatches Japanese language teachers to foreign children in Japan. Subsequently, worked in HR and general affairs at a U.S. apparel company and an AI startup, handling labor-related matters, serving as a point of contact for foreign employees, and facilitating in-house Japanese language classes.
In 2022, started working with UTEC remotely on a temporary basis and officially joined in June 2023. Currently, responsible for recruitment support for portfolio companies, assisting with HR-related tasks, and facilitating the operation of the UTEC Startup Opportunity Club.
